About Hav Younis

I believe my background in Legal & Financial compliance, coupled with my degree studies in Psychology & Law helps me both understand people, and business, in a complex working environment. I also have 10+ years experience as an Operations Manager within a large scale multinational.

I enjoy working at RecOps because I like working somewhere that has a start-up feel, and being involved in helping to scale up.

I have always had a passion for Tech, and continue to enjoy learning more about the industry. It’s great to be able to do this with friends who have almost 3 decades of experience, while being in control of my own career.
