About Dominic Neary
I’ve been a Director of RecOps since January 2022 and have over 9 years experience in the IT recruitment industry.
I have recruited across the whole IT spectrum, including hard to fill roles on both a contract and permanent basis covering developers in languages; Java, Python, C#, Go, PHP, JavaScript, Scala, Kotlin. I am equally as skilled in the testing market; functional, non-functional or automation specialists. I am also skilled in recruiting Cloud and Infrastructure roles, AWS, GCP and Azure alongside Business Analyst’s and Project Managers. I have a track record of quick delivery in both the contract and permanent market.
I worked my way up from Resourcer to 360 New Business consultant in a short time and within that met Will Bahra at our last agency. We’ve worked well together for a number of years. When Will left to start RecOps I was specialising in the contract market at the other agency filling 70+ roles in a year for major clients based across the UK.

Hobbies & Interests
I love music, I have an extensive collection of over 1000 Vinyl Records with a lot dating back to the 60’s and 70’s. I enjoy attending Vinyl fairs across Yorkshire and can be found at record shops and charity shops on the weekends digging for the next gem!
I love combat sports both boxing and MMA specifically the UFC, I have attended events and hope to go to many more in the future.
My football team is Manchester United for my sins, I have followed them all my life. I occasionally play football and have been trying at a very amateur level to up my golf game.
Also I enjoy going out and trying new restaurants and bars.
